Challenge/Response Brickwall !!

Power Mac G5 (Tiger 10.4) protools 7 TDM. I have two identically loaded G5s so if I have an issue with one I can swap it out.It has worked as a safety system well over the last few years in a commercial enviroment to get the session going. The second machine has a cloned drive of the first (carbon copy cloner).
Second G5's startup drive failed! No problem reclone. All good except for one RTAS plugin. Antares Tube RTAS. Asking for a challenge/response which antares do not offer support for now. Problem is I have used this plugin extensively over the years and it is on just about every session so it is a huge loss. Sure it still runs on the first machine but would dearly like to get it running on both for the peace of mind it gives.Can anyone offer a solution? It would be much appreciated.

I’m afraid you may be out of luck as challenge/response also incorporates a unique machine ID in the equation.
Antares is unwilling to manually generate a response for you?

You'd think Antares could do this for me but no help at all. It takes them nearly a fortnight just to respond to a ticket with a totally unhelpful response!

My life has been so less stressful since I dropped Antares and Waves. Sorry to say, but I don't think you have any hope.

I think it's a shame that you often give answers that reflect your personal experiences and preferences instead of giving objective answers. I've never had any problems with Antares or Waves.
