XMon Off...
Hi all,
Yesterday, I had an issue with the XMon of a DControl. It suddenly appeared as "off" from D Control. Powering down both XMon and DControl did not restore communication, and a firmware reset from Dcontrol didn't change anything. Today, I took an XMon from a DCommand, and I plugged it to the DControl. Communication seemed to work, so I reconnected the original XMON, and it worked again ... I don't really know actually if that problem came from the XMon or from my DControl. I would like to know if DCommmand and DControl had the same kind of Xmon (and be able to exchange them if this problem came back), and if anyone already had this kind of issue with an XMon ? Best, Yoann |

Re: XMon Off...
X-Mons are X-Mons so you can move them at will
maybe a thermal issue some people have had Muting problems if the 15 d-sub cable gets damaged or is stressed at one end

Re: XMon Off...
Thanks Craig for your answer.
I suspected that XMons were the same, but it is better to be sure. The SudB looks fine, and is not stressed here, I just cleaned dust inside the XMon, I hope it will be fine. Best, yoann |
