Cannot download upgrade PT10 from 9.06

As far as I know, I've everything current and correct (inclugin iLok). I'm licensed for Pt 10 + 9 bundle. PT 9 is working fine. As I bought the the bundle back in October 2012 my support code is no longer valid. In my account "Products not downloaded" lists nothing. When I enter my activation code in the "Activate and Download Your Product" page I get 3 choices of problems. As I've never downloaded PT then this seems to be the correct problem: "If this is the first time you've used this code and it shows as already used, please contact customer support."
I also understand that to get telephone help I must pay $39 for this service. I can't find another solution and don't understand why I should have to pay Avid more for a product that has already been payed for but not used (activated).

I'm missing something but what?

As long as you got the license on your iLok, you do not need the installer in your account.

Thanks for the response but I see no down 10.3.4 download on the link you sent. It's an Avids Knowledge Page with a View Downloads link at the bottom but when clicked all i see is posted below.
