Why am I not getting a code to upgrade to PT10?
Hello,
In November I purchased an MBox pro that came with PT 9. The sales man told me that I would get a code to be able to upgrade to PT10 once I registered the product. I dod registered the product but so far I haven't gotten anything. How can I get the upgrade to PT10? I did buy the Mbox brand new from an authorized retailer after October 1st. Thanks |

You should call customer service, they will sort it out. I assume you actually registered the hardware? If so that should've generated a response from AVID with a 10 activation code. But if you only activated 9, that wouldn't have generated the 10 upgrade code.
