Reistration code invalid, can't download PTLE
Hello!
I turn to this forum since there is no other way to get support or help. I have a Mbox 2 card and with that came Pro Tools LE and a lot of other software. It has been a while since I bought it and I never had a chance to try it out before, but now when I tried to get started I only get to the point where I'm supposed to enter the download code for Pro tools le but when I do (and yes, it is entered correct) :) it says that the code is invalid. ( I am a very experienced computer user both PC and Mac so all the basic computer stuff is already checked) I don't know what to do, I have been struggling with this for 5 weeks now and I am going crazy. The retailer refers to AVID support and will not take the card back. How can I get hold of AVID support, and/or return this card, I am not interested in keeping this card or using PT any more . I have the same problem..
I have 3 serial numbers from PURCHASE EMAILS that I enter in the avid site and they all come up as invalid.. guess it was too hard to transfer the info when they changed the company name.. lame.. |

You two? This is crazy, I have tried everything on the platforms that shall work and I am soo sick and tired of it and of not being able to contact avid for help.
I wan't to return the card but the retailer says; talk to avid support, but how? |

Did you enter the number EXACTLY as it appears on the card - case sensitive and with the spaces?
