Peak Erases Files! Need Sound Designer!
After fighting with all the the bugs that PEAK (Digi's suggested replacement for Sound Designer) I now read on Macfixit.com that the new version of PEAK ERASES FILES without being asked to!!!! Digidesign! RE WRITE Sound Designer! Bias does not know what they are doing! I have been a mastering engineer with a major record comany for 20+ years and nothing on the market TO THIS DAY can compare to the old Sound Designer. This could be a great cash cow for you, Digi! For once, listen to your customers!

Re: Peak Erases Files! Need Sound Designer!
Gary, I agree with You.
I use SD II for doing my job (cutting interviews or making features for my show etc.) at a local radio station. I tested a lot of other software as replacement of SD II since i posted the topic "Future of SoundDesigner II" nearly three years ago here in DUC. But I didn't find any tool that meets my requirements so good like SD II. Hope digidesign has an ear for the people working professional with SD II and rely on its ease of use und reliability.
