Default Audio clock problem

I purchased myself a new PC and I installed My Pro Tools LE to it. I got this nasty error of

"Problem detected with audio clock. Check that your clock source and sample rate are correct"

Any hints are appreciated.

I have opened the same files I used succesfully in my old laptop. I also double checked that the preferences are identical. In my new PC, there is also another operating system installed (Win7 64bit), but that cannot be the reason(?)

Edit:

Setup:

Processor:
Athlon II X2 240e (2 x 2.8GHz) 64BIT AM3

Mainboard:
MSI 785GT-E63, AMD 785G+SB710 Chipset 3x PCI, 1x PCIe x1, 1xPCIe x16, 4xDIMM, ATX

Hard drive:
WD Green Edition WD10EADS 1000GB, 7.200 U/min, 32MB Cache, SATA-300

Pro Tools 7.3.1 in Win XP SP2. XBox2 mini. The "other" system is Win 7 64bit

Certainly can. There is NO information about this "new PC" though, or what version of Pro Tools, or what interface you're using. PT with Win 7 64 bit is in its beta stages right now.
Please post a Sandra report on your "new computer."

1. You need TWO hard drives, and WD GREEN drives are not a good idea. Most of us are having MUCH better results with WD BLACK drives.
2. Which system are we talking about though, the XP system or the "OTHER" system?
You aren't going to get PT 7.3.1 working on 64-bit Win 7. This will require PT 8.0.3 with the 8.0.4. drivers for 64-bit, which are BETA and still troublesome.....

Does this mean that the PT is installed in an other drive and the project is located in an other drive? With my old computer (a laptop), I used an external hard drive as a project drive.

As SW has indicated, Pro Tools should always be installed on the system (C:) drive. Sessions should always be on a separate (audio) drive. A third drive for Sample content for VIs is also desirable. Additional drives should be employed to save backups of your sessions and samples and a clone of your system drive. Many of us use WD Black Drives for all (or at least some) of these things.

Does it matter which model of WD Black Drives is used?
