Seems he does have the right DVD, but doesn't reply... Well, I replaced my ProControl with MC Mix units in the meantime anyway... :-D

I have the right Pro Control Tutorial DVD. All ready ripped to an .iso

I would like a copy of the brown control surface DVD one if anyone has one.

I'm building a archive of this kind of stuff since the old Digi archives is slowly imploding. I am looking for actual installer CDs and DVD's. If you have old CDs especially pre version 5.0 I'd like a .iso or even the originals if you care to contribute them.

That is good news, could you send me the .iso image of the Pro Control Tutorial DVD please?

I have the brown Digidesign Controllers DVD (the brown one) and I already compressed it for you into an .iso image that I can send you. The size is 4.03 GB.

How do you suggest we send those very big files? I have DropBox and it has a size of 4.9 GB, so I could use that.

I have version 5 CD's I can rip for you, I would love the pro control tutorial DVD I already have the controllers DVD ripped too I can send links to download via my media fire account if you want?
Any account with an unrestricted download capacity will do, Dropbox will only allow a certain amount of shares with a free account though.

Looks like this Pro Control interactive CD will only operate in the Mac Classic environment. I tried Mac (Lion) and PC.

Hints? Other than buying a G3?

I still have a G4 with Mac OS 9.2.2 up and running, so I could try to search for a solution. Maybe you could send me the .iso image and I can investigate the problem

You should bury it in your backyard. In a few years it might actually be worth something...

Btw, the only computer I regret NOT keeping is my original MAC 512 (later upgraded to 1MB) from 1984.
