Default buz and noises at the end of selections

new digi 001 user... one year working on and a new strange problem : sometime (randomly)at the end of a selection (double clic on a region) a big noise comes out from the system, like a very short loop! I noticed that 'postroll' was not on 0, but not active. It happens another day at the end of a bounce, old parts of another session i delete a mounth before were at the end of my bounce! I defrag' my disk for the first time a few weeks before these problems happen (with Norton speed disk). finally, pardon my English, i live in France !
