Default Need some help...

Hey, I just ordered a new computer from Dell. (P4 1.4GHz, 40gig 7200, 256 MB PC600) I am planning on purchasing a Pro Tools Digi 001 system. I have a few questions. First of all, will my system be able to handle 24 tracks with a good amount of plugins (at least 10 or so). Also, does anybody know if the computer I ordered uses a Via chipset motherboard? Another question; if I order the Digi 001 and later down the line purchase a Mac, would I be able to just take the PCI card from the PC and pop it into the Mac and go? The best deal I have found so far is $799 (not including shipping), anybody know of a better deal? And finally, will I be able to run PT with Propellerheads Reason on the same computer (granted I use a separate DX audio card for Reason) without problems? Finally, are there any plans to release ASIO and or Direct X drivers for the Digi 001 on PC?

Thanks a lot for your help,

Chris

The best deal I found wast at FullCompass.com - $786. You have to call them for the price though.
