Ive always assigned it to the 'shuttle' but I see that its default assigned like you have to User1. I've set shuttle back to default and I'll use User1 for a bit and see if it stays persistent unlike it has for the last day or so the way I had it. If not I'll post a vid.

It is still happening no matter what button I assign it to. I do not have a video but if I click the button I've assigned clip gain to and make an adjustment the wheel will not respond if I come back a few minutes later. I need to unclick and reclick to get the wheel to respond again. Happens no matter where I assign the command on those right buttons. I usually leave the command live because I use the wheel for clip gain 95 percent of the time.

This was the bit of info I needed. It breaks if you focus away from PT and back even if locked. I can see it on my system and will get fixed. thanks for your help..... EDIT: We have found and fixed it...look out for 22.12.1 soon

Just providing a bit more info about what's happening on my system.

I'm seeing the memory location bug in Control app on ipad.

If I load the session that contains the persistent locations, they work fine, until I edit/add any new locations; then they are useless/locate to wrong points and the new locations don't appear in Control app.

HOWEVER, if I turn off "sort by time" in the locator window of my PT session; the new locations magically appear in the Control App, and all the location points will now work properly.

My 2c.

This version of EUCON (2022.12) does not work properly with Avid Artist Mix, or the AVID Artist Transport, with in Pro Tools 2022.12. It keeps screwing up all the mini displays, . I went back to a previous version, 2022.9.0.44. That works just fine for me.

Will this bug be addressed in the future, or will Avid say; 'we no longer support the Artist series'?

Can you please describe this in more detail and post an image?

I have big problems with this version.

Dock and S1 are often not found in EuControl and I need to reboot the whole system (macOS Ventura).
iPad (also connected through ethernet) and Amazon Fire tablet (connected through WiFi) are usually found.

I checked, and S1 and Dock get listed in the router settings with their IP and MAC address.

What should I do? Roll back to the previous release?

I'm having the exact same issue. My S1 is essentially a good looking paper weight at the moment. Any help with this would be most appreciated.

This is unlikely the software version as nothing in the networking has changed. To make sure we are talking about the same thing....you are saying that the surfaces are not showing up in the All Surfaces list on the left in EuControl?

Theres an App called Discovery, it lists all the Bonjour services(EUCON uses Bonjour to find surfaces). If you run this App when the surfaces are not showing can you see them listed in Discovery App?
