I have been using ProTools 11 for over a year with no problem.
Suddenly, today when I tried to open ProTools, I got a message telling me to activate my iLok. I entered my username and password, and got the following message: "You do not have any licenses in your account, or none of the licenses there have activations available. You do not have any pending deliveries for the license(s) you need to authorize the software. You may need to visit the Avid web site to get a license deposited to your account" ??? What happened here? Everything was working fine last week, and now I have a deadline tomorrow and can't open the program. I visited the Avid web site, but it looks like it costs $40 just to call for support, and I don't see any other options. I tried to see if maybe I was using the wrong user name, and clicked on "forgot username" and it said it would email the information to my email account... but no email yet. Any tips on what I might be missing would be very much appreciated! Thanks so much. xoadc

Sounds like you've got the wrong ilok user name or and password! Are you 100% certain you are using the correct ilok user account name? If the login name and password is correct then try re-installing the ilok licence manager! this has been known to fix missing ilok auth issues Chris

For me, iLok.com stopped working when I tried to connect using Safari. When I switched to Chrome, or Firefox, everything came back. Don't know why....

Sometimes this happen here aswell and we pull out the ilok and put it back, restart the computers and they work again

Your iLok account shows a Pro Tools with Upgrade and Support Plan (10/11/12) bundle on your iLok 2, and last login was about 20min after starting this thread. So... maybe you've resolved this?

Alas, no, I haven't resolved this.
I did log into iLok manager and I can see all of my licenses there. But still have not managed to get into ProTools. - I have rebooted the computer. Three separate times. No luck. - I have tried the iLok in different USB ports. No luck. - I'm using FireFox - When I log into the iLok manager, I can see all of my licenses on my account. I see the iLok key is greyed out. It says there are 4 licenses on the key, but I can't see the details. If I try to drag the licenses from my account to the key, it tells me that the key is not connected to the computer. But the key is connected, and the blue light is on. - Is there something else I should try? - I'm currently working on a 90 minute film sound track with 48 tracks... I have a deadline for a work-in progress screening tomorrow... after more than 2 hours searching online this morning, I gave up... and I'm recording additional tracks in audacity and doing the editing work in Final Cut Pro (where I had an older version of the sound track)... :-( this breaks my heart.
