Default Deleting rendered files from freezing / committing

I run PT 12.6 HD on a Mac Pro for music production through all the stages from writing, sound-design, production, vocals, to mixing and mastering. Sessions get pretty large and I'm raping that machine (12-core) quite hard with a very high plug-in count and tons of virtual instruments etc. Obviously, when I work on let's say the vocals, I freeze all the instruments to make the session more responsive, but then go back to maybe change the arrangement or the drum programming or the synths etc. ... you name it.

It's basically all fine and in the studio I don't care about hard drive space in the studio, but when I backup to Dropbox etc. (to have sessions available on the road for my MacBook etc.), I always have to store/upload/download all these rendered files. Is there a safe way to delete all these unused files from freezing and unfreezing?

Thanks guys!
