Mbox 2 & MacBook Pro Retina

Hi, Has anybody managed to get the Mbox 2 working with audio on a MacBook Pro Retina. Why are Avid taking so long to update the Drivers? I would be buying a ProTools Crossgrade if they were available!!!

Has anyone managed a work around?, I cant even get Garage Band to work through it! I dont want to have to buy a new interface!
