Blackmagic 3D Extreme - HDX Troubles

hi there - we ve big troubles with the BM 3D Extreme card
After a clean install of OSX 10.7.4 and PTHDX 10.2 an Blackmagic drivers 9.5.2 the all kinds of videoformats run well in PT but if you switch to videooutput PCIe card we have drop outs - the BM3Extreme loses sometimes ref input - and coloures are strange - our old BM card wit VTR software was fine on a G5 Mac.
We use the component outputs of the 3D Extreme , cables an connectors
are ok - Slotorder is as Avid says - videocard/BM3D Extreme/HDX1
Can anyone help ?

latest Mac Pro 8Core 20GigRam

Pretty sure I built one with videocard/BM Ext 3/spare or HDMI thingy/HDX in last slot.
