Brainworx bx_control AS broken under 10?

I just bought bx_control mainly because it´s also audio-suite to batch decode MS-files but it just outputs digital garbage audio under PT10 and Lion.
I reproduced on 2 different systems. It seems to work OK under 10 and 10.6.

Anyone else seeing this?
