How different is the sound quality. Mbox 3 Pro vs Scarlett 18i20

Has anyone had the opportunity to hear the difference in sound quality between the Mbox Pro 3 and the Focusrite Scarlett 18i20? Is it really big? Is it small?
I do a lot of acappella stuff.
