Upgrade question
Upon computer bootup, the Avid link shows that one of the two upgrades available is to Pro Tools version 2021.12. I've been using Pro Tools since 2005 and so I've obviously been perpetual. What I have installed now is version 2019.2. Does anyone know if v. 2021.12 requires the monthly/yearly pay or not?

Re: Upgrade question
You posted a thread with the same question in a different sub forum yesterday. The question was answered there.
If you’re not on a current support plan, then no the latest version will not work. Check your AVID account and you will see when your plan lapsed and the last version you’re entitled to. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Re: Upgrade question
And get rid of Avid Link. More trouble than it’s worth.
