Pro Tools Installer Package
 The Pro Tools Installer is a 2.56GB zip file. But when I extract the zip, I get a 439MB folder. Are you guys seeing the same thing? It doesn't affect my work in any way, I'm just curious why the zipped file is 5 times bigger than the extracted file. Last edited by chrismeraz; 03-25-2022 at 03:23 AM.

NEVERMIND. Windows wasn't reporting the folder size correctly. The extracted file is actually 3.13GB.

What amazes me - and I have no intention of leaving Pro Tools - is that the Reaper download for 64 bit Windows is 15 MB and the program can be installed and run from a USB stick.
