Default Avid support code not found

I have a telephone ASC. When i enter in the code that was generated for me an hour ago, i get a message saying the ASC was not found. I have spent over 2 weeks troubleshooting my PT system, multiple posts and exhausted all online resources, and still have been unable to get my PT system setup on my other computer.

Can someone point me in a positive direction? Thanks in advance
