Default m-powered vs. LE
are there any differences in the software? If so, what are they?

This seems like a coincidence as I just posted something related to M-Powered compared to LE.

I think the most significant for me is that you can't use the DV Toolkit with the M-powered version. Also, seems like you don't get the "Live-Reason-Sampletank" bundle with the M-Powered.
