Default Small studio 5.1 monitoring

Hey guys. What monitors are people using for small space / home studio for 5.1?
Currently using KRK rokits for stereo mixes (from my dj days). I don't think more rokits are the way forward.

Genelec sub and compatible satellites. As far as my room is concerned, it means 7060B sub and 8040 satellites.

How small is small?

I love the 8040As, but the even smaller Genelec systems are useful as long as you have the sub.

I'm not even sure how big the studio is now. I did the acoustics so long ago. I'll need to measure it. But think comfortable double bed room or small lounge.

A pair of 8050's is also useful without the sub, but the (stereo) bass response is reference level in a tiny spot.

5 JBL LSR 2328 speakers and a Klipsch subwoofer. I haven't yet hooked up the center speaker and the subwoofer (or calibrated any of them). My home studio is about 1,400 square feet (including a mezzanine sleeping level), it's not really small in that it has very high ceilings (15 foot or 5 meters).

Dynaudio BM 5 Mk III or BM Compacts and a sub. See my review on Pro Tools Expert.

Strongly considering replacing my front array of Blue Sky SAT 6.5's. I was pretty well set on JBL LSR 6328P's, but now I'm not so sure, especially given the lower cost of the Dynaudios. Wondering which set might serve best for both stereo music mixes and 5.1 work. Very subjective, I know, but if anybody has experience with both monitors and/or has an opinion on multi-function monitoring, I'm listening...

8030a with 8020a satellites. It does the trick just fine.
