Default Plug- in bug when trying to create cotinuous file

I am using an HD3 system with 6.4

Whenever I try to use an audiosuite plug-in to write a continous file of two or more regions, the plug in will just repeat the first region for the duration of the selected audio. For example, I have 4 regions that I want to make one using Duplicate. The first region is just repeated f or the length of all the regions. It doesn't matter which plug-in I am using. It happens with all of them. Really annoying. Has anyone else had this problem?

Any ideas?
