Missing software with new M-Box!!??

Hi,

I just purchased a new M-box system. Upon opening the box, I noticed that I only recieved version 5.3.3 and did not recieve any of the bonus software that has been advertised for quite awhile (Reason adapted, AmpliTube, ect.) with my system. How do I go about getting the most current prodect. I kind of feel ripped off. Has anyone else had this problem, and how was it solved?

Contact your dealer. They may have the updated software.
Short of that, fax your registration to Digidesign then call support to expedite shipment.

You might have recieved a unit from the reseller before the promo started. As long as you register your Mbox and email support right away stating you didn't get it, they send it to you ASAP along with Pro Tools 6.1. Where did you buy it?

Many dealers have the new disk's on hand.
As I said, if they don't, register and call for the fastest results.
