Default Pitch nTime 2

does anyone know why Pitch nTime 2 processes the file resulting in lower apmplitude signal.. I dont see a make up gain slider. The earlier verstion did not do this.

Hi!
I think that the volume is not changing except for the attack of certain sounds. The key to using all time stretching software is to leave the attack portion of the sound alone and only time stretch the rest. At least for me this gives the best sounding results.
thanks

I found just the opposite. Processing through P'n T makes the file about 1db louder...go figure.

There is a "softer" -> "louder" setting in the preferences window. It doesn't show any values, but if you option click it seems to go to the center and 0 db... Pretty strange.

Iguess it was my mistake. The slider in the prefs seems to be the answer
