What's the difference between these shortcuts ?
Hope this isn't a too stupid question but as we know, there is no such thing. I was wondering about the difference betwenn command E and both b and h in focus mode. At first glance all these shortcuts do the same thing....or do they ?

Cmd + E is the same as "b" with Keyboard Focus switched on.
http://resources.avid.com/SupportFil...uts_2020.3.pdf Personally I haven't used Keyboard Focus in 20 years of Pro Tools editing. Why press "b" when you can press Cmd + E  I find it is too easy to hit the unintended function with Keyboard Focus on but then I play plenty of bum notes too  Stephen

I just program things like "B" into my mouse; rarely use the keyboard for "separate at cursor".

 I have keyboard focus enabled 100% of the time
