maddening ERROR on avid websupport

Hi folks,

I can´t submit my filled out request form here:

it always says

"ERROR :
Please enter value for all the mandatory fields"

In "Secondary reason" nothing else can be selected than "--None--".
My order number is longer than the mask allows.
ALL fields ARE filled with values

This is really crooked.

Anyone confirm this awesome support form?
