Avid Artist Mix Stops Left Button On Mouse

I recently went back to Windows 7 64 bit after having too many issues with Pro Tools 10.3.9 in Windows 8.1. Well now Pro Tools 10 works but after installing the Eucontrol 3.2.1 (right when the icon goes from grey to white) my left button on my mouse stops working. I have to use the keyboard to uninstall the Eucontrol and immediately my mouse began's to work. I find this very WIERD!!! Can any one help with this PLEASE!!!!

I recently bought an Avid Artist Mix and today I tried to integrate it into my setup. Everything's running fine under Windows 8 x64 using Cubase 8 Pro, but when I start EuControl 3.2.1 my Roccat Kone Pure Mouse stops working correctly - the buttons still work but it automatically switches to the lowest DPI settings of the mouse. As soon as I close EuControl, everything ist back to normal - it also works, when EUControl ist running and I open the Taskmanager...

I've done some research and found out, that there are many problem with EuControl and computer mice under Windows. Could anybody from the programmers please tell us, why EuControl interfers with other HID at all?

Is it possible to run the Artist Mix without EuControl?

Also working with win7 64 bit and eucon 3.2.1. Mouse is fine on my computer. I use a cheap logitech mouse. Did you try ohter mice?

It disables both the left and right buttons on three different Microsoft mice I've tried. The way around this is to quit EuControl and only run it when you are using the Artist controllers. Starting and stopping it doesn't seem to cause any problems.
