IRQ sharing - is it important?

Hi,
Just wondering, how important is to escape IRQ sharing with tdm systems? Do you have all your tdm cards on separate IRQ, or is it sharing with smth else (say, video card, or scsi) ? In my case, I cant set my HD3Accel cards and GeForce video card to a different IRQ. I think that`s why I have some performance problems.
Also, what do you think is better with tdm - acpi, or standart mode?
