This is just to emphasize that, as someone who spent a considerable amount of money on the upgrade plan, I think it's outrageous for Avid to put us at the end of the upgrade list. They've had our money for a month, or 2, or 3, but we're the last to get the product we've already paid for. We acted in good faith, but where's Avid's good faith? It appears that this is another example of how business no longer focuses on customer satisfaction, but instead pads its bottom line by screwing its customers at every opportunity. Avid is not acting in good faith, but it is generating a lot of ill-will. I hope you're listening Avid...you're generating a lot of ill-will...and it will come back to haunt you!

Please check my account. I had 2 protools licenses in my account but i am only showing one now and my PT 12 locense is still not in my account.

And there are posters here in the forum who have said they ordered the upgrade this week, and got it the next day. Paid for mine in November, still waiting. Yep, that scenario makes me feel like a valued customer....

I called Customer Support and now they have a recording stating the upgrades will be out in a few days. They must be getting a ton of calls!

Sorry again for the wait. I did get you the installers and temp license so you can get up and running. Upgrades are still being processed, so thank you for being patient.
