Default How can I check the 002R firmware?

When my 002R require the firmware update on the first time it said can't connect to the internet and skipped. And it never ask me again. So I just wanna check what version does it has right now and what version should it has? is there anyway to check?

onemore question, If it already updated is there anyway to reset it to old firmware and update the new one again(like format hard disk and reinstall). I think I have the problem with the firmware.
thanks

002R, Dual G4 1.25, 1.25G ram, osx10.2.6, PT6.1.2
