Default Windows to Mac Install

I have m-powered 7.3.1 installed on Windows and authorized on my ilok. So I bought an iMac and am trying to install m-powered on the Mac. The only download I can find is the 7.3.1 upgrade which says it needs 7.3. Where can I find a Mac version of 7.3 to download?

If you purchased 7.3 online, a copy of the mac version should be available for download from your digistore account.

If you purchased a hard copy of 7.3, you should have gotten both versions.

I think I'm probably another victim of this ongoing confusion between DD and M-Audio as to who in Avid owns M-Powered. I received the upgrade announcement from M-Audio, so I purchased the download and the iLok authorization from them (fortunately I saved the web copy of the invoice). When I log into my M-Audio account it doesn't show anything. When I log into my DD account it shows the purchase as "shipped" and there is no link to a download. Something pretty obviously got screwed up in the transfer of purchasing information.

That's weird. The M-Audio store and the Digistore are now one in the same.

Whenever I log into "My Account" on either site, I go to the same place. All of my downloaded updates are available by clicking on the "View Order Details/Tracking Number" link for that specific order.

I would contact tech support to get your situation worked out. They are the only ones that can help you at this point.

you log into you account at avidstore. (digistore and maudio are the same)

look your account.

then click on pt 7.3 you've bought

you will gonna see a lot of links to download it (manual, mac, windows ....)

if that won't works it's very weird.
