I am selling PT Ultimate license and have TOO form signed and ready to send to Avid but once on ASC (Avid Support Code) submit page and after typing my code - nothing happens. I tried in last hour few times already but still looks like page is stacked in the loop. Can someone here please help to finish the licence transfer? thank you ... |

Hi,
same problem, I've purchased the ASC code but when I try to use it nothing happens. I sold my PT license so I need to transfer it to the new Avid/iLok user. Can somebody please help me? Thank you so much Last edited by branto; 12-02-2020 at 04:43 AM. |

I know we're in a difficult time...
but can't believe it's already been more than four days I purchased the ASC and seems nothing happens, nobody answers... the buyer is a lot worried about that...paid the license and the ASC, I think it's believable, you will understand. Thanks again |

actually I'm the buyer so the APAC info are about me, the problem is that we've tried so hard to upload the TOO form unsuccessfully. in any case we cannot publish all our data here, so, what to do? |
