Audio apps take long time to launch after installing mbox drivers

Hello,

I am hoping someone can help me. I recently installed the drivers for an mbox 3 mini to test out the sound quality. I did not install pro tools. After doing this all my other Audio apps are hanging up when launching. Ableton & Traktor both are hanging on something when scanning audio directories to open. The each take about 5 minutes to finally open. I have tried removing all the files from Avid and Digidesign as instructed in the support kbase but it still is happening. Im sure there is something in there that needs to be deleted but cant figure it out. Anyone have any advice? I do not want mbox or ProTools on my computer whatsoever just need to get my othe rapps working asap.
