Best Sampler? - please submit your comments!

I would really appreciate any comments on the various samplers available for RTAS, including Kontakt, Mach 5, Reason, and any others that are out there.

I would like to know about successes, mostly, but those who have had experience with multiple different samplers and could give A to B comparisons would probably be the most helpful.

There's a lot of conflicted information out there, such as: (i) I hear that all Native Instruments (Kontakt) products don't work well with PT hardware (I can actually vouch for this because I have Intakt and Kompakt limited versions sold with East West sampler libraries and I get freezes); and that (ii) Mach 5 is such a system hog that you can't really work with it.

Has anyone used EMU samplers (and hardware) with PT?
