Elastic Audio error -read only tracks??

Hi I have a project that has around 6 instrument tracks, and Im using the "songwriter" template midi drums for the project. Anyway, when i reopen the project a message comes up saying the elastic audio error/ because they are ready only and there are 3 random tracks that are greyed out and wont play? The audio is still there in those tracks i can see it but they wont paly on the project. Im using Pro tools First. I have recently upgraded to Pro Tools 9 with MAudio Air 192/4 interface. How do i fi this. The first few times it happened i was re-recording those tracks. I really cant be doing that. Please any help would be greatly appreciated!
