Default Automatic switching of language

Is there a way to override this automatic switching of languages on this website? Every time I click on this website it becomes simplified Chinese.

I'm an American working in Taiwan and this kind of auto-switching according to geography is irritating at times!

Add English (EN)if it isn't already there, and move it to the top:
