Can't open cloud project
Hi.
I have just bought a new computer, and all installations has been done just fine, and I can't open my cloud projects. The dialogbox "Looking for new versions on cloud..." is open, but does not load. I have opened the project on the old computer but everything seems synced and fine. Any tips?

Bumping this one. Facing the same issue. Did you find a solution?
It doesn't appear to be a firewall issue on my end, nor is it a port blocking issue. Pro Tools is just not making any calls to download any files for the project.

Yes, I did sort of. What I did is that I opened each project, -> file -> export and exported the projects as copies. I do not mean bouncing files but export priject as copies.
