s1 not cycling through automation modes to 'read'

If you start a new blank session with just one mono track does it still do it? Theres got to be something specific about your setups or settings. We still can't reproduce here on multiple systems in multiple locations and I really want to get this into the 20.6 release.

Yes, same issue in a blank session with only a single mono track. Is there a tool I could run to give you some more diagnostic information? A netstat readout maybe?

and if you change the mode in PT it shows OK on the Control App? Also can you change the modes OK On the Control Apps Mixer page?

I'll double-check tomorrow when I'm back at the studio. Or maybe someone else with the same issue can confirm.

Also tested with a blank session, single mono audio track but it didn't make a difference.

When changing the mode in PT the Control app changes along with it (I checked on the meters, channel and mixer pages).

Changing the mode from the Control app mixer page also works as expected. Same for the Channel page. By "as expected" I mean that changing it from the Control app causes PT to update the mode accordingly. It doesn't work from the meters page but I don't believe it's supposed to (I'm also new to the S1/Eucon workflow so I might be wrong about that).

You mentioned the Rec/Auto switch option, that was how I had it set originally when I came across the issue. I just tested it again and it doesn't seem to make a difference if this option is turned on or off, same behavior either way.

So from what I can tell it's only an issue when switching modes using the S1. The Control app and PT seem to be behaving as they should (to the best of my knowledge anyway).
