Great! 11.2 already played pretty good with me. Looking forward to get 11.2.1 up and running, hoping not to be introduced to any nasty surprises. Yay!

Avid, I really like it when you release smaller updates (10 fixes or even less) with no longer gap than between 11.2 and 11.2.1. Really like it! Those bigger updates (30+ fixes) tend to take to long to beta test and get released (like three+ months or so). Many times those bigger updates are also somewhat complex to roll out and keep track of (bugs wise). 11.2.1 = Bravo! Keep up the good work!

The update 11.2 was the first version I could start working with PT11.
When editing dialogs, I wish PT was as responsive as v10. I still need to hit twice sometimes in order to play back.
Also switching to Aja Kona LHi from BM cards was a huge leap for me in performance. It solved the 1 sec playback lag for me which stopped me using PT11.

Any of you guys feel like Dropbox'ing me the Pro Tools 11.2.1 HD download? I have a Pro Tools 11 HD license I acquired with an HDX card on eBay. Unfortunately I cannot register the software :/

Can't see why not if he has the iLok licence. Can't do much with just the software.

Works fine here and seems to be eliminating some bugs I had with 10.2. No freezes anymore when enabling tracks e.t.c

Oh I agree completely. Although I started using 11 first when 11.1.3 came out as I didn't want to adopt to early. I waited a year and hit 11 hard. And, well.. I'm happy my customers are forgiving, appreciate my coffee cooking skills and have a sense of tech-humor.

But honest, if I didn't love what I do for a living (including looking for solutions even where there should not be any problems) I wouldn't do it.

Go Avid! Surprise us! Just be communicative and honest.

Again in 11.2.1 I started to experience the bug with blinking stop and play buttons for 5-10 sec. It even worse than ever. Much worse. Even in a simple session. It was fine already in 11.2…where I'll be back now.

Update: Had to reinstall also the 11.2.0 driver and remove com.avid.ProTools.plist from the preferences.
Now it seems to work OK again.
