001 DELAY?
Is it true that there is a 60ms or so delay while recording into the 001? in comparison to a tdm system has no delay?

There is latency with the 001, as it is a host based system and there's no way around it. A quick search of the DUC will give you information on how to "control" the latency issue in various recording situations.

Under the Setups/Hardware menu select buffer of 256 samples which equate to 2.3 ms of delay or latency as stated in your PT manual.
This is nothing that you should even be noticing or having problems with. I've never experienced 60ms of latency. That's unheard of. Fly
