Default Bloated Plug-in Settings Folder

Whenever I save a session copy, the Plug-In Settings folder it creates is enormous. 350+ MB of presets, and 98% of them aren't even used on the session. It presents major problems when moving the session to another drive, as it sometimes won't let it complete the process of the copying all the files over.. it gets hung up on TFX file.

Any way to slim down this monstrous folder of plug-in settings from a setting in Pro Tools? or do I have to manually go in and see what settings i'm using in the session?
