Pro Tools 8 and Windows XP 64 bit?

Does Pro Tools 8 run on 64 bit XP?

I got a new laptop which is a Quad core i7 with 8GB of memory.

Are there drivers for the USB Transit available for 64 bit XP?
What about for the ProjectMix I/O are there 64 bit XP drivers as well?
If not, I'll have to go with 32 bit XP dual booted since Pro Tools doesn't work with Windows 7, correct?
