Im a Pro Toolshd 9 pci-x user, worth to update to hd10 software?
Im afraid im just going to waste my money. Also have a hard time figuring out what features Im missing cause i dont have hdx.
Like more tracks etc... Can someone please specify what Im not getting from the update?? Thanks /Christian |

You won't get 16k Delay Compensation and you won't get the 32-bit float mix engine.
A non-hd user does get these. For $299! The only thing you get that a non-hd user doesn't is the disk cache. Which probably only makes a noticeable difference if you are working with enormous timelines..... You'll also get a hole in your bank balance that is $700 bigger than the non-hd user gets. |
