output assignments on D-Command
I'm wondering if there is any way to access the new auto-bussing features from PT10 on a D-Command?
Specifically, I want to take the output of an audio track and assign it to "new track" as seen in the dialog window when clicking on the main output assignment of an audio track. Currently, when I push the "outputs" button from the "assign" section above the DC monitor section, i am able to access the main bus menu as well as the "outputs", but nowhere to be seen is "track" or "new track". Can it be done? Thanks, |

Re: output assignments on D-Command
I find it easier to use the Interrogate view, by holding the "sends" button for 3 seconds it will show input and output on each channel.
Hitting select then should bring up the assignment matrix to change it and maybe that will give the new track dialogue? Haven't tested this since PT10. |

Re: output assignments on D-Command
Thanks for the suggestion Brent.
Unfortunately, it doesn't seem to offer the new bussing options... Between this, the plugin mapping bug and icon/eucon support, it seems that the ICON range has lost the attention of AVID...? |
