Order Status
Signed up for a new Pro Tools Subscription. I have an invoice. It shows up in my Avid Link. However, it DOES NOT show up in my iLok Manager OR in 'My Products' under https://my.avid.com/products#MyProducts.
Please help as this is now a paid-for subscription that is doing me no good. |

Do you need to purchase a perpetual license? I bought the $300 annual subscription for Pro Tools today (with nothing else) and can't seem to get it to show up at all under My Products (but Avid had no problem charging the $300)

Welcome to the community.
You do not also need to purchase a perpetual license. Your Avid account shows the product, and licenses were deposited in your iLok account. Please reply to the email from your support case if still having trouble. Thank you.

Crossgrade License not on iLok
After 4 years, I decided to upgrade my perpetual license to a subscription license last night. I downloaded everything and in my Avid Link app it says I have an active license, but this license hasn't shown up yet in my iLok license manager. Anyone know if there's a fix for this?

I'm having this same issue. Commenting to try to bump up the thread, Avid won't let me contact them because I don't have a support number. I just want what I paid for. No other software company operates this poorly.
