Avid Application Manager Problem?
I'm running Pro Tools 10.3.1 on a Mac Pro tower running OS 10.8.5. Recently with some help I was able to get things completely working after a disastrous reinstall (solution worse than the problem) a couple of months ago. Lately the Avid Application Manager window shows up when I start up my Mac. I close it and then it shows up again when I restart. I don't know if dumping the Avid Application Manager would reinstall itself if I dumped it but I don't want to take any chances. I've tried signing in and signing out but that doesn't help. I'm guessing there is some sort of pref/cache? that needs to be dumped but I'm not sure. Any thoughts out there? Thanks in advance for any help.

Re: Avid Application Manager Problem?
Alright, I can answer my own question (in case it comes up for anyone else) after looking up some old threads. CCleaner (a free app) can temporarily disable Avid Application Manager so it no longer appears at startup.
