2 of my 3 Protools Ultimate did not renew, I'm struggling with tech support to fix this problem since mid April, come someone chime in and help ?

I can't upgrade 2 of my systems to 2023.6 due to this problem.

Henry, thanks still having problems right now.
Every card / address combination I used is declined, Paypal too.

Can you please help ? I'm leaving for Sweden tomorrow and I can't update 2023.6 2 of my 3 systems here in Milan.
