Avid's official forums and social sites
Hi everyone,
Many of you may sometimes rely on Twitter to engage Avid's support team. In response to the emergence of illegitimate Twitter accounts that are trying to impersonate companies and individuals, those of us at Avid want you to have a list of all Avid's trusted sites. See the link below. If you are following a social media account, Twitter or otherwise, and are not sure whether it is legitimate, please check it against this list. If you do NOT see that account listed, then it may NOT be an official Avid account, and you should browse it at your own risk. To protect our customers from illegally spoofed, potentially harmful, and other imposter activity on social sites, Avid advises that customers should ONLY rely on information in the following sites: https://avid.secure.force.com/pkb/ar...Help-Resources Please take a look at the KB (bookmark it if you can) as this is the Official Avid Communities Forums Support and Self-Help Resources and any other shouldn't be considered "Legit". Our thanks, as always.
