Minimum Satellite LE system

Okay, what do i have to do to run this new Satellite LE package? The web site says "qualified Mac hardware" for audio production, so does that mean any mac that runs LE can run this package, too?

Does anybody use it?

I was hoping I could buy an Intel MacMini with an MBox Micro and play back QT HD on the desktop, out the DVI to an HDMI connection.

Sound feasible?

Very feasible!!

I also used an MBox1 on a MacBook Pro.

Nice, so that means that you take the video out DVI? Seems like getting the HD Quicktimes to play smoothly is the only major concern.

Works very well for me on my MacBook Pro, HD Quicktime mileage may vary, but for us this works well on most movies

Continuing this thread, we're having trouble with smooth video playback via extended desktop on our PT HD2 Mac Pro system.

Will a dual 1.8 Ghz G5 running Video Satellite LE also via extended desktop work reasonably well?

I´d like to use my MacBook to implement VS LE to my workflow. Has anybody successfully used a MacBook running VS LE??
